Brand new house 23 km south from Kyiv by Odessa highway - the only official European-class highway in Ukraine. It takes about 15-20  minutes to get from home to Kyiv.

Fully furnished, It has three levels, garage and an open-air 20 m2 ground on the second floor. Total square is around 300 m2. Useful space is around 250 m2.

On the first floor the service room, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with a shower, and a study room are located.

On the second, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big closet.

Kitchen is equipped with modern facilities - gas and electric stoves, electric oven, big fridge, dishwasher, and exhaust ventilation.

Service room has a big 7 lt. washing machine and a separate 7 lt.  dryer.

The heated floors on the 1st floor and partially on the second floor. A master bathroom (over 17 m2) is equipped with Jacuzzi with hydro- and air massage.

Sample 9-day deal is $3300, which includes:

- 3-bedroom accommodation for 9 days/nights from December 26 through  Jan 4.

You will have at your disposal the whole second and third levels plus exclusive use of living room and dining room. The only room occupied by
 the owners is study room on the first floor with attached bathroom 3 (with shower). Occasionally, the owners who usually work from early mooring
 till late night may use gas stove and facilities in a service room and a garage.

On the Christmas and New Year Eve, the owners will leave, so you will  have the whole house exclusively for you. Alternatively, it can be arranged
 that the owners move completely for the period of your stay

- transfers (from/to the airport)
- 7 rides from home to Kyiv (right bank) on Dec 28-31 and Jan 2-4
 scheduled between 7 and 9 am or as mutually agreed,
- 7 rides from Kyiv to home (Dec 27-30 and Jan 1-3) scheduled between 6
 and 9 pm or as mutually agreed.

  Any additional use of car within Kyiv (sightseeing, shopping, etc) is $20 per hour.
